Hello!

RSS Feed

Hi, I’m Antonio Molinari - Magnum to friends.
Developer and designer, born in ‘77, I live near Cremona in Italy with my wife and two kids.
I’ve been working on the web since the late 90s, so I’ve seen quite a few things come and go. With my studio Incode I handle web development projects - I have an almost irrational attachment to Ruby/Rails, I’ll admit.
I’ve served as CTO and mentor for several startups, on projects ranging from blockchain-based asset tracking to document management.
I love learning, thinking critically, and having long conversations with interesting people about interesting things. Passionate about technology, music… and 42!

Projects

This is a non-exhaustive list of personal and work projects (mostly the former) I'm investing my time in with unwavering enthusiasm. Thanks to everyone who makes that possible :-)

  • flycal-cli

Ruby CLI to search Google Calendar events and find free slots — with an MCP server for agents.

  • madcp

Self-hosted Ruby host for multiple MCP integrations: HEY, Basecamp, Fatture in Cloud, Google Workspace, and more.

  • mcpme

Ruby MCP server with OAuth 2.1 that exposes a run_shell tool on the machine where it runs.

  • aicli

Natural language to shell commands — chat with OpenAI or Anthropic and run suggested commands in one flow.

  • railsapp

Opinionated Rails starter for Kamal deploys: PostgreSQL, Solid Queue/Cache/Cable, Google OAuth, and a remote DB pull task.

  • buildapage

Vue 3 + Vite template that loads tabular data from public Google Sheets, with a standalone gviz loader bundle for any page.

  • migrate-notes

Python tools to migrate notes between Notion and Markdown folders — idempotent, resumable, both directions.

  • localwebdev

Dockerized local web dev environment with Apache, SSL, PHP, and MySQL — point DOCROOT at your projects folder.

  • filedepot

Ruby CLI to push and pull versioned files between people over SSH, keyed by stable handles.

  • auto-invoices

Ruby workflow that uses GPT-4o to extract credit-card and receipt PDFs, fuzzy-match suppliers, and prep Fatture in Cloud imports.
